1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of VPN, proxy services, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are prohibited from gambling under Philippine law, including those who have been self-excluded or excluded by court order, are not permitted to use 88king services.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each individual is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, or allowing third parties to use your Account, is prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonuses.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To register for an 88king Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, 88king requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or other valid ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months), and proof of payment method (bank statement or screenshot showing account holder name).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. 88king reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 88king immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

88king strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all transactions, wagers, and losses incurred.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88king accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, and other payment methods displayed on the deposit page. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly indicated during the deposit process. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all Funds deposited into your 88king Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity. 88king reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds and may suspend Accounts pending satisfactory explanation of deposit sources, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Verified Accounts may request withdrawals at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts (typically PHP 100) and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction (typically PHP 200,000). Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's name. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is prohibited for security and AML compliance reasons.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

88king processes approved withdrawals within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time) for verified Accounts. Requests submitted outside business hours or requiring additional verification may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 88king may require identity verification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. 88king reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals, unusual activity patterns, or any transactions that trigger internal compliance procedures.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

88king does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. Third-party payment providers (banks, GCash, Maya) may apply their own transfer fees.

5.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable bonus terms and typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 Wagering

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of technical malfunction, communication failure, system error, or software defect, 88king reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Third-Party Services

88king relies on third-party providers for games, payment processing, and data feeds. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or delays caused by third-party services. Your sole remedy for third-party service issues is as provided in the applicable third-party's terms of service.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 88king's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount of Funds in your Account at the time the claim arose, or PHP 50,000, whichever is lower.

11. Intellectual Property
